The fidelity of RTS has stagnated in comparison with other genres, as RTS game titles tend to be more intensive on CPU electrical power than GPU, so taking part in a different RTS for that sake of higher graphics is considerably less widespread.  Anarkade can be a multiplayer arena shooter with pixel art graphics and intense platforming action.
